Candidate will support the business process and information technology needs required by Dell to meet their operational, tactical and strategic objectives by providing the following services: Assist in gathering, documenting and clarifying business requirements Creating functional designs using a disciplined application implementation methodology Support business month end close procedures Resolve production related issues and perform root cause analysis Translating system requirements into unit and function test scripts Support various aspects of testing including unit test, performance test and end user testing Provide training to end users and create end-user documentation Assist cross functional business and technical teams to deliver the selected solution Assist project managers in the execution of project tasks and communicate issues and status in a timely manner Prioritize work assignments and work in a team environment Expected to work on Rotational shift. BA/BS in computer science or equivalent 0-2 years of experience supporting applications used within a large Professional Services Organization Strong analytical sills combined with a sense of urgency and high energy level Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to articulate technical concepts to business leaders Business analysis experience and ability to write business requirements and functional specs Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and independently as required Strong technical aptitude and readiness to learn new functionality and modules Critical hiring criteria o Knowledge of SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM) and SAP Project Financial Planning (PFP) o Exposure to Professional Service applications with cross-functional experience with SAP Project Systems (PS) Desirable Requirements Exposure to CATS (Cross-Application Timesheets) a plus Knowledge of SD and HCM integration points with PS.,
