Experience in working on Commercial office space, outright transaction and Retail transactions. Should possess excellent Negotiation, Presentation and Communication Skills. Strategical planning and implementation target based sales. Experience in leading sales team with proven track record. Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base with various activities (Expos, other real estate related events) and networks (Channel associations, consultancies, and Real estate agents). Coordination with all IPCs and other commercial property associates. Meeting client in person to understand their requirements & suggesting the viable solution for investments and converting them as customers. Need to work on getting new business into the company by doing tie-ups with other Channel Partners, Builders, and consultancies in Bangalore. Experience in working with NRI Clients and NRI Investors. Experience in using CRM tools, tools and other tools for managing the Client/ customer records. Experience in preparing the reports regarding the sales info on day to day basis to the management.
