Job Description

  • Coordinate the mapping of master-data for Central Finance in the country Organize and monitor the progress on the quality-check of replicated financial data
  • Coordinate the nomination of participants to the localization workshops
  • Make sure that local requirements especially in the area of legal regulations, statutory and tax are considered.
  • Support the cut-over plan and organize the local steps Ensure progress and quality on country deliverables and establish tracking and monitoring processes
  • Organize local trainings, especially classroom-trainings
  • Prepare the business-readiness assessment from a local perspective
  • Review and coordinate the go-live/non-go-live assessment from a local perspective
  • Mobilize and engage the local Finance community in regards of screening and testing
  • Ensure issues are spotted to the Global Team in a timely matter
  • Recommend solutions to issues, which require detailed interpretation and conceptual thinking to understand complex issues and their implications.
  • Play a key role in E&E (Enable and Engage) in the local country, supporting the impact-analysis and drive change-management in the country within and outside of Finance Support completion af all project documentation in the project phase

Minimum requirements

  • University level degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Finance/ MBA desirable or alternative adequate education Additional Project Management experience
  • English and local language for country based coordinators (written and spoken) Any 3rd language is of advantage
  • More then 5 years of experience in relevant finance roles (FRA and/or BPA) or position in area of responsibility supporting the a global project Preferably know-how and exposure in a Shared Service Center environment Project management skills with focus on driving performance and productivity Analytical mindset and ability to understand situations, interdependencies and challenges in a holistic way
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national and complex matrix organization
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence beyond FRA community and to drive stakeholder management in a changing environment as well as operational excellence
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Flexible and reacts to changes promptly and efficiently High cultural awareness to be able to manage, inspire and lead diverse team.
