Job Description

    Role : Resource PartnerLocation : Hyderabad for IndiaExperience : 4-6 years experience for India RP teamWork timings : India business hours for India RP teamEducation : B.E or MBA candidate for Resource ManagementMandatorySkills :
    1. 4-6 years of Global Resource Management experience in IT/ITES
    2. Good verbal and written communication skills
    3. Competent in using MS-Excel
    Responsibilities:
    1. Will be responsible for end to end fulfillment including including demand-supply matching, allocation, tracking and monitoring progress of fulfilment opened with other sourcing channels
    2. Will have to interact with delivery managers to understand resource requirement
    3. Will have to interact with resources for explaining project roles & responsibilities
    4. Coordinate with various departments such as Recruitment, Training & Development, HR, Immigration and Employee relations in the course of resource fulfilment
