If you have this type of passion, we invite you to take a look at the opportunities available to come join our team.Software Development Engineer The Role:Experience software developer who has strong technical background to contribute in all aspects of the software development process for IT Enterprise Applications team with focus servicing Global Operations.In this role, you will be responsible for Enterprise Applications development and support, he or she will have full ownership of requirements delivery and drive projects to completionThe Person:Youre highly motivated team player with strong development background, problem solving mentality, excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks and willingness to learn and adapt. Able to manage multiple tasks and projects and deadline oriented. Excellent teamwork skills and capable of working independently in MNC organization. AMDs environment is fast paced, results oriented and built upon a legion of forward-thinking people with a passion for winning technology!Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and support enterprise applications at expert level and drive timely resolution
• Facilitate stand-up meetings, reviews, estimation, sprint, release planning, demos, burndown tracking, and other Scrum related meetings
• Proven experience as IT Business Analyst or Solution Architect, preferably in implementing and supporting Enterprise Applications
• Interface between AMD and external partners to ensure SLA across partners are met
• Independent and joint collaboration between multi-functional teams for development, testing, debug and implement requirements for enterprise application
• Excellent teamwork skills and capable of working independently
• Very good communicator, able to engage and effectively respond to diverse partners
• Able to proactively support team culture that fosters knowledge sharing, excellence, and collaboration
Preferred Experience:
• Min 6 - 8years of proven experience in global enterprise applications development and support in .Net, Java or C#
• Experience in facilitating Agile Scrum or Kanban
• Skilled in scripting languages such as Perl, Ruby and Shell script
• Proficient with revision control (GIT, SVN and CVS)
• Experience crafting and supporting cloud environments, including IaaS and PaaS
• Database development, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server
• Good balance of hardware, architecture and software expertise
• Great teammate with excellent collaborative skills. Strong written and oral communication skills
• Familiar with Linux/Unix OS
The following experience is a plus:
• Project Management/Scrum Master certification
• Hands on and certification in cloud application development
• Flexible working schedule to collaborate with global teams
• Exposure to semiconductor industry
