Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Accounts Payable We are looking for professionals with Strong operations experience in AP domain having people handling and customer management skillsResponsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to accounts payable, which include: Strong operations experience in Accounts Payable domain having people handling skills Managing the daily/weekly/Monthly SLA/KPI /MIS reports preparation/review and sending to clients per agreed timelines Excellent knowledge on ERP Applications (SAP), AP Workflow Tools Focus on continuous process improvement and adaptive to change Develop & manage effective working relationships in the organization and actively liaise with all Key Stakeholders Managing the daily KPIs and work allocation Responsible for preparation of all daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly governance slides Managing a team with span around 15, taking care of their appraisals, Early warning system management, calculation of teams monthly variable compensations and responsible for daily team huddles Understanding the client s requirements and be on top in delivering Experience in people handling and support employee and organizational development through appropriate change management and training initiatives Experience in PO, non-PO and Utilities Invoice processing, Quality Check Experience in invoice auditing and payment processing Responsible for meeting the process SLA s, knowledge management Working experience in SOX controls; Responsible for both internal and external audits Identify areas of improvement and contribute towards adding value to customers Strong Quantitative and problem solving ability: Ability to conceptualize Accounts payable related technical problems and develop an Analytical road map for them.
