Job Description

    Job Summary: New client acquisition, Existing client new business generation, deal structuring and deal conclusion from buy side, work along with sell side team to close transactionKey Responsibilities- To work on target list (from SME / Mid-Market space)- To guide the client acquisition Manager / Asst. Manager to prospect and create opportunities- To engage with the prospect and convert it to firm deal with deal mandate- To align to sell side (post business selection) & create info memorandum with target list with appropriate structure.- To handhold through the full cycle along with sell side- Planning and Meeting P&L budget- Negotiation with the Stakeholders on closure of Term Sheets, Finalization of Deal Structure, Due diligence and collect the feesBusiness Understanding : - Analysis of the Target Company/Sector- Data Collection for the Transaction- Industry Analysis for the relevant geographyTypes of transaction : - Working Capital & Term Loan- Structured Transaction- Equity Raising transaction- Corporate Advisory mandatesKey Qualities :- Relevant experience & understanding, self-starter, ability to close deals, ability to guide and manage team members, eye for deal, intent of creating sector expertise. Strong intent to learn and evolve. - Understanding / knowledge about various Financials products and Structures- Fun lovingPreferred segment : - Business side people from SME / Mid-market teams of Banks, NBFCs, & other Financial Institution,
