* Convert leads generated from channel partner & fix appointments,* Build a good customer base in order to explore opportunities to cross-sell & up-sell,* Obtain referral (generate leads) to further prospects where appropriate.* Explore the customers financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs.* Ensure appropriate product to meet the customer needs from the companys product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation.* Explore opportunities to develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time* Build long term relationship with the clients & all branch managers by responding appropriately to all client queries either directly received or forwarded by the service company.Desired profile:* Should be Graduate & experience 1- 5 years* Should be from Life Insurance background* Should have Good Product knowledge* Should be willing to travel* Local language Mandatory
