Job Description

Requirements:Engineer graduated in Telecommunications or Electronic Engineering;More than 5 years experience in the mobile telecom business;Network Planning and Optimization experience in 3G;4G;5G.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in deploying indoor solutions.Familiar with active Indoor solutions (e.g., Commscope, Comba or Sunwave).Experience in design of active and passive Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS).Strong skills in design DAS with tools like iBwave or Ranplan.Knowledge of installation/commissioning/testing of active and passive DAS systems.In-depth understanding of a link budget and how to interpret the field results.Experience with indoor surveys.Knowledge of RF Test Equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators and RF Power Meters.Proficient in conducting Walk-tests, processing and analyzing, using Tems, Nemo or Network Signal Guru.Team spirit, capacity to adapt to new projects and demands.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitaskingFluent English (both spoken and written);Good knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSkills & ExperienceConfiguration Management (CM), Distributed Antenna Systems, Network Analyzers, Network Design, Network Planning, Spectrum Analyzers,
