Job Description

  • You will be a software developer interested in building and maintaining finite element software and pre- & post-processing software supporting Ramboll s engineering software package. You will use your experience with software development within a virtual and international team to ensure a professional and robust software code that can be further developed in the future.
Key words:
  • Develop and maintain Python interfaces to existing software
  • Develop and maintain the task distribution software
  • Develop and maintain a framework for Automated Reporting.
Your competencies
  • Ability to write efficient code in Python, C#.
  • Experience in development of API s using Python, C#.
  • Experience with development of distributed computing environment like Hadoop and dotnet core and experience in leveraging distributed computing in Python applications.
  • Working experience with Anaconda, Jupyter Notebooks, Pandas, NumPy, Dockers, Kubernetes.
  • Design develop and support adoption of APIs that deliver robust interactions with Graphics and Post Processing engine and interaction of software.
  • Design, implementation and maintenance of Post Processing and Graphics Visualization features in Python and VTK.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of unit testing theory.
  • Knowledge on basics of mathematics and probability.
  • Knowledge on version control and issue tracking: GitHub, GitLab, Git, Jenkins, Scrum.
Good communication skills.
  • BE / BTech / MSc / MTech in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
  • Domain knowledge in Civil / Structural analysis will be added advantage.
