Job Description

  • The APjM role is primarily responsible for the overall engagement execution various projects in the Secure Infra domain. The APjM would be managing multiple projects across the world. The PjM will drive predictable behaviors in terms of project process, successful outcomes, ensuring on-time project completion, within budget, and according to customer specifications. In addition to an engagement delivery focus, this role may also be called upon to participate various organizational initiatives.
  • Deliver a product /service /solution within constraints (schedule, features / functionality, and budget)
  • Ensure quality execution in the delivery of a product/service/solution to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and maintain high Customer & Partner Experiences
  • Maintain high team satisfaction.
  • Deliver projects on latest technologies some of which are not even launched formally.
  • Work with geographically distributed teams
  • Leadership reporting on project/ engagement status.
  • World class training materials available on tap.
  • Attending physical & virtual conferences across the world, interacting with peers from different countries.
  • Highest class of productivity tools, some of them which are not even available in the market.
  • Managing projects while working with the some of finest technologists in the world.
  • Keep yourself update with certifications from international bodies like PMI, Scrum Alliance, Prince2, etc.
  • Attend & present at international conferences on project management.
  • Insights from Microsoft product roadmaps & Microsoft Research.
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate with 1-3 years of overall experience. Good to have 1-2 yearsof Project Management or Project Coordination experience
  • Hands onknowledge of MS Office
  • ExcellentCommunication Skills.
  • PMP/ CAPMcertification desired but not mandatory.
