We work on the premise that our experiences are consumer grade and showcase the best of the Microsoft technology and user experience stack.We are looking for a technically savvy, creative and enthusiastic Procurement Engineering PM to lead our journey to modernize the technology solutions that support the Purchase Order, Sourcing and end to end Supplier Management capabilities. Core job responsibilities include:

• Driving strategic insight to industry best practices, trending and benchmarking, and market research;
• Deliver end user & platform features;
• Collaborating with business partners and engineering teams to drive positive and impactful business outcomes that align to quantifiable business metrics.

You would join the team as a PM to help us creating winning solutions for Procurement functions. This is an individual contributor role and you ll have immediate impact by:

• Combine your expertise in the Procurement domain with a deep understanding of Sourcing & Purchase Order needs to define how we optimize operations and enable future strategy, including quality & timely insights built on a high speed, high scale tech stack
• Driving a service vision and definition (as well as key success criteria), arriving at business outcomes and roadmap definition, defining system roadmap required to meet core business outcomes, and creating high quality Epics & scenarios to deliver on those outcomes.
• Provide thought leadership on future solution strategy across multiple systems and organizations in response to changes in the Accounts Receivables landscape
• Being hands-on, bring innovative approaches that continuously improve our ability to deliver faster, better and cheaper solutions while reducing the time and cost to build solutions and on-board with highest quality
• Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with business, application program managers, software engineers, services engineers, vendors and Engineering peers.

, Required Qualifications:

• A solid understanding of the entire Procurement process right from identifying the need to procure till the payouts would be preferred.
• Working knowledge / experience in SAP will be a plus
• Strong candidates should have 8+ years of experience in system implementation, process analysis, and enterprise level services/systems.
• 5+ years with product/program management or product design experience working with partners in non-engineering organizations
• Strong self-learning ability, entering new domains, managing through uncertainty in an agile environment
• Good basic understanding/experience of application programming
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and statistical concepts
• Good understanding of database fundamentals and concepts
• Sound judgment, decision-making skills, and ability to work under continual deadline pressure
• Love pushing for clarity in communication and can explain large, complex systems, in simple-straightforward language. Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
• A minimum of bachelor s or MBA degree in equivalent field, or computer science degree, or equivalent experience in systems that support any Procurement functions.

• Customer and data obsessed, always learning and refining your scenarios to deliver maximum business impact
• Experience working in a global delivery model.

Other helpful skills for this position include:

• Experience/background in Cloud and Mobile technologies
• Hands-on working knowledge of SQL and Data Analysis
• .NET programming experience
• High degree of professionalism, especially when faced with critical and intense situations
