Corrective actions should also be taken post the feedback, if any.He/she will assist in preparing handouts / documents / reports for the various stakeholders of the program.Collation, documentation and submission of the required information to the various stakeholders20%Co-ordinating with guest speakers and virtual site visitsHe/she will work with the business mentors and guest speakers during the guest lectures, arrange logistics of the guest lectures / site visits10%Job SpecificationKnowledge / EducationSpecific SkillsDesirable ExperienceA strong education background preferably Management degree (preferably finance or entrepreneurship) or Master s degree In commerce or economics.Excellent analytical and documentation skillsExcellent communication and writing skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and empathy towards students/participants.Extremely high standards in terms of quality of work, attention to detail and absolute commitment to task completion.Ability to plan, organize, and monitor multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to build & maintain strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders.Problem solving and decision making2+ yearsTeaching experience either in classroom or in workshops is preferred.Additional Requirements:1.
