Job Description

Continuously improves product offering through deep understanding of business needs and close coordination with the customer Launches product features for how customers experience their journey, both from discovery of our products to deployment and renewal, as the owner of definition, execution, and delivery of customer experience and conversion funnel with end-to-end responsibilityEngages with stakeholders to identify requirements, defining product features, and working closely with development teams to get those features in the hands of the customersBuilds and leverages partnerships across business groups to deliver innovative product featuresActs as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the Product - serves as the voice of the customer (in front of senior leadership teams), and the final authority on product requirementsIdentifies market need, interfacing with customers as needed to define the scope and position of the product; oversees competitive research and technology assessmentsWorks with product marketing to drive awareness and adoption of the productCreates and maintains the product roadmap, strategy and P&L, inclusive of cost, investment and overall benefit realizationProvides strategic leadership to the team by creating the overall strategic vision for productDefines, represents and communicates product strategy and vision that is in line with business long-term goals and delivers unique valueDelivers business impact through a variety of metricsLeads, manages and mentors Proven leader who creates and cultivates diverse teams (comprised of software engineering, infrastructure development, architecture, etc. resources) for product deliveryDemonstrates inclusive leadership, effectively coaches for performance and career development and is a role model in the pursuit of excellenceProvides cross-functional leadership and bridges organizational gaps between different functional groups, often between engineering, architecture, and operationsSkillsEntrepreneurial spirit with track record for delivering results in fast-moving environmentsProficient knowledge of product management techniques (e.g., product roadmapping, feature matrix, agile), web services, online technologies, and user interface designStrong knowledge of product strategy with direct experience in strategic planning, product management practices, and organizational, operational and/or technological change and up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologiesUnderstanding and proven track record of financial and accounting management, e.g., investment processes, business case development, cost and recovery modelStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to a senior management and customersBusiness KnowledgeExpert understanding of business value drivers with some understanding of broader business contextUnderstands technology life cycle well and has deep understanding of users across SDLC, Infra and Data functions. Proficient to Expert in multiple business disciplines / job families, functions and participates in setting and driving the business strategic directionExperienceBE/BTech or a combination of Engineering Undergraduate and MBA with over 12+ years of experience in Technology Product Management; and at least 2 years of Technology Product Management experience in ML based products.Completion of a full product lifecycle - Experience of product leadership and/or management, ideally in a global organization; focus on technology products is an advantageProven track record in managing broad Technical Delivery team, particular those based on software with agile methodologiesProven experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with the business, operations, technology and other key stakeholders,
