Job Title : Product Manager Apps & channelsDepartment : Marketing Technology (Product Management India)IntroductionIf you love building apps and know everything about monetizing them, we would like to offer you an amazing opportunity to join our talented team and be a part of something niche and exciting!Our team is looking for an enthusiastic product manager with a proven track record in managing the mobile app landscape with very good experience in mobile communication channels such as Push / SMS, managing app submissions, overseeing app releases, well versed with iOS / Android store policies and a ninja when it comes to attribution, monetization and ASO.This role is a mix of product strategy, product ops, cross-team collaboration, performing app UAT and external customer engagement. It s a high value role that demands creative and technical inputs coupled with the opportunity to redefine and deliver some of the best-in-class apps to global gaming companies.Our ideal candidate is a customer-centric, data-driven, fluent in analytics, energetic, self- motivated individual focused on solving customer problems. This is an opportunity to work in a close capacity with a highly talented team of product managers, software engineers, business analysts, data engineers, and program managers to drive forward new innovative experiences in close partnership with customers.ResponsibilitiesAs a Martech product champion, you will:

• Support ideation, vision, strategy and help build roadmap for key marketing initiatives and projects
• Be self-organized and disciplined in managing initiatives with little help
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with Mobile Push toolsets, mobile reach and deliverability metrics, and mobile app attribution tools
• Work with app monetization teams, acquisition managers, conversion managers and data analysts to connect the dots across the app landscape
• Data driven supplemented with rich visualization skills
• Provide feature/ product demonstrations and share best practices with mobile teams for app tracking and CRM app tools
• Filling the gap between high level product requirements and concepts and define clear specifications that will guide the delivery plan. (functional and non-functional requirements)
• Drive rhythm of business activities within the team and across the org to ensure end-to-end success of initiatives
• Ensure customer success for all customers, working closely with key stakeholders

You will maintain key relationships with:

• Senior Product Managers
• Marketing and CRM Managers
• External Martech Suppliers
• Engineering teams
• Data engineers and analysts
• SW Architects & Tech Leads
• CRM Trainers

As you engage with engineering teams:

• You will be an advocate for user experience and a promoter of user experience-driven and customer journey focused work throughout the team and the whole company
• You will supply detailed scopes, wireframes, visual protypes and user stories and provide clarifications to the team on the supplied details
• You will be leading the creation, management and maintenance of requirements in VersionOne / Jira
• You will be responsible for the User Acceptance Testing phase for all app releases and will provide feedback on the acceptance criteria
• You will also drive user training + get training material created (internal tools), and assist in briefing for product marketing
• You will engage with Customer Services teams for periodic briefing and feedback sessions
• You will be co-ordinating / liaising with other product managers to map and manage dependencies between tasks, scrum teams or projects

Knowledge/Expertise/Qualifications:

• An engineering or an MBA degree with 4 - 6 years prior experience in supporting and driving mobile app strategy across channels
• Fluent in requirement analysis, requirement design, product marketing, product planning and requirements engineering
• Working with iOS and Android ecosystem in the Mobile Native Apps space.
• Prior experience working as a QA analyst for mobile apps will be an advantage
• Strong background and understanding of iOS and Android Apps (native, wrapper & hybrid) from an Analyst s perspective.
• Enjoy conversations around SEO, App Store Optimization, Play Store Optimization
• Hands-on expertise with Appsflyer and Google Analytics (SDK and Dashboard), Crashlytics etc.,
• Expertise on handling multiple apps on App Store and Play Store from ASO standpoint
• Expertise with App monitoring tools such as Fabric, New Relic, Firebase etc.,
• Excellent English - written, verbal, and presentation skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail
• Top notch presentation skills ability to translate an idea into an opportunity, build a working narrative, emphasis on the key selling points, sketch functional flows, wireframing, mock ups, feature prototyping
• Very good negotiation and people management skills ability to engage with Stakeholders (business / marketing / operations), engg teams (developers, architects, QA / Data analysts, business analysts) and motivate them to achieve product goals
• Data driven understands key KPIs, presents derived insights and is happy crunching data sets
• Program management / Project management experience in Product development streams, effort estimation, swagging, project planning (MS Project)
• Proven ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams and to internalize new processes and developments in a highly dynamic industry
• Good analytical, modelling and writing skills - convey the message in the shortest possible way to communicate information effectively to customers, managers, and technical staff
• Interviewing skills - to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information
• A broad and comprehensive technical understanding is required as well as a good understanding of product development processes and concepts (especially in an agile environment)
• Not afraid of going down to the very last detail, but demonstrate the ability to aggregate to a proper level of information and surface up in an elegant way.
