Our client is a leading Microfinance company, licensed by the Reserve Bank of India.Job Description ;We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a PMO Manager. The responsibilities of the PMO Manager include managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing project management staff, and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs.To be successful as a PMO Manager, you should demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch PMO Manager should be well organized and able to work under pressure.PMO Manager Responsibilities:Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.Working with the Project Managers in analyzing data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.closely coordinating with the Project managers/Leads in overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficientlyDrafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.Accurately documenting the projects creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the projects scope, budget, and justification.PMO Manager Requirements:A Bachelors degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.A minimum of 15-20 years experience in the BFSI industry.A minimum of 8-10 years experience in a supervisory position may be advantageous.Strong leadership skills.Good written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to details and technicalities.Excellent organizational and technical skills.Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.Do share your profiles and references to rohinis@pssindia.comSai Rohini Principal Consultant - TechnologyLeaders in Executive Search# 3-3-6/D, Third FloorM.
