The Service Management team is responsible for being the frontrunner in terms of products / services provided that are reliable and safe for the intended users, meeting all obligations and continually learning and improving in all spheres to pursue the moving target. In Service Resolution Management, you will be responsible for providing skills and experience related to service resolution management, providing organizations with the ability to manage unplanned interruptions to service with the primary objective of restoring normal service operation as quickly as possible.
