Join Maverick Studios (the in-house creative and production agency at Inspire Brands) at their new satellite office/studio in Hyderabad, India Support Inspire Brands family of brands inclusive of Arbys, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin, Jimmy Johns, Sonic Drive-In and the International Team by ensuring every image that represents our food and brands meets our exacting quality. Collaborate with other leaders of Maverick Studios to ensure that broader team goals are met. Align with the culture and values of Inspire Brands. RESPONSIBILITIES Manipulating photographs or sometimes videos in order to change the looks of a subject. Basic fixes, like erasing marks or making a rough texture appear even More complex fixes, such as making a morphing two or more subjects seamlessly, adding in elements, creating elements. Works independently with direction to achieve objectives. Cleaning up all images by erasing the backgrounds out to be transparent and fixing all issues with product like unwanted elements, marks, etc. Manage web and print assets (RGB vs CMYK) Partner with cross functional teams to ensure quality and fulfillment of work, proactively address discrepancies and problem solve Manages the post photography asset process for web images Utilize both your technical and creative skills on a diverse range of imagery Be part of a collaborative team where your voice and creative vision has an impact Work closely and collaboratively with a variety of teams, at the corporate, brand and franchisee level Manage strict deadlines and coordinate edits with project owners, managers, and collaborators to effectively support multiple projects at once, Collaborate and learn from other creatives of various skillsets, specialties and levels of experience to create and execute high quality work Leverage tools from traffic and ticketing systems to creative briefs and asking questions to learn and organize requests and needs to ensure we can move fast and produce high quality work Continuously organize and maintain the graphic elements library. Maintain digital files and ensures that projects are properly archived, documented and are accessible. Possess an understanding of design theory and how to produce work across broadcast and digital for the purpose of marketing, advertising and communications Understand, adhere to and enforce brand guidelines, style guides and standards across multiple brands EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 4 year / Bachelors Degree Bachelors degree or equivalent Graphic Design/Art/Advertising/Photography degree combined with a promising portfolio of work, appropriate for the level of experience and opportunity one has had to date in this field. EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION 3-5 years Minimum 3 years of photo/video retouching experience at a studio, digital marketing or communications agency (or equivalent in a corporate, in-house setting). Experience working with restaurant, food and beverage brands a plus. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Capture1, and Bridge Attention to detail, must be able to notice and correct even the most innocuous detail A keen eye for art and composition that allows you to relate to whats generally perceived as being desirable in an image An understanding of the components of visual art and the elements of photography. Photography skills are obviously a plus. A strong understanding of color correction Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and motivate others to achieve within the required timeframe An ability to work closely with photographers, designers and artists and exchange ideas and opinions while keeping a level head A high level of proficiency with the digital editing process Experience with a wide array of media, formats, platforms and mediums including print, broadcast, digital/mobile/social, POP, outdoor and events/displays, video Fluent in the latest Adobe Creative Cloud suite and creative workflow and project management platforms - Experience with Workfront a plus A basic understanding of traditional corporate communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office and other platforms such as Teams, Sharepoint, Zoom, etc. Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of layout, color, typography and icons, and basic design theory Ability to multi-task, and learn on the job Using ones natural creativity to solve problems, find answers and contribute what is needed as well as what is asked for.
