        • Key Responsibilities : 1- Installing/managing Shared services applications 2- 2Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems 3- Troubleshooting resolving JDE application issues 4- Performing maintenance of the JDE/other applications 5 -Monitor JDE systems health, performance 6- Maintain high levels of Application performance, availability and security 7- Reviewing usage activity reports adjusting to ensure optimized user-experiences
        • Technical Experience : 1- Update/Full Package Management, User access management, Security types in JDE, familiar with P00950 operations 2-Scheduler jobs, Menu configuration, Maintenance and patching of servers, Managing instances through JDE Server Manager3 - Weblogic knowledge in context of managing JDE JAS instance, Tool Release upgrade- Steps involved, Application upgrade Knowledge on JDE upgrade 4- Strong analytical skills Critical thinking 5Good knowledge on related technologies ie MSSQL
        • Professional Attributes : 1-Good at communication skill 2- Good at presentation skills
