The Associate Systems Engineer will work on challenging assignments and have the responsibility of delivering SLA based deliverables. S/ He will be directly responsible for smooth execution of assigned tasks following an established process, analyzing the results and thorough review of the same. On this high visibility project, team processes the CRM data from enterprise and prospect clients with a focus on addressing the problem that they re trying to solve and any other nuances that (prospect) client requests. The objective would be to enrich their overall customer view with our Identity Resolution capability. Responsibilities:Onboarding: Bring in the file (s) and transform them into a standard proprietary formatExecute using Bulk Delivery System: Process the file through Bulk delivery system, analyze and review the results and deliver final metrics and/ or file to clientOperations Support: For enterprise clients, need to deliver CIM results on set cadence after thorough review of the same. Experience and Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field (we will consider applicants with a Bachelor s degree and relevant work experience as well) 1 to 3 years of work experience in real- world applications using Linux/ Unix, Hadoop ecosystem and databasesSQL skills, analytical ability and focus on quality control is REQUIREDWork experience on SQL is a plusStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong inter- personal collaboration skills and should be able to both work in groups or as an individual contributor under aggressive timelines.
