This is a multi - faceted role and calls for a self - starter , multi - talented candidate with presentable personality. The focus will be on business development skills. Does NOT involve cold - calling. Primary Responsibilities: The candidate should be a self - starter , quick learner. Will be primarily responsible and first point of contact for delegates seeking professional training counseling. Receive , follow up and close leads from multiple channels. Maintaining up - to date database of all inquiries and conduct periodic follow - up. Understand the requirements of delegates and guide accordingly. Pleasant personality should be approachable & friendly. Ability to build good relationship with the delegates as well as with the inquiry. Secondary Responsibilities (Desired but not required) Participate in business development and marketing initiatives ( Email / SMS) , liaise with various Universities / Corporates. Assist in preparation of PowerPoint presentations , Business Plans , estimates and proposals. Liaise with MNCs to gather information on current job openings and try to match delegates with required profile. Desired Profile & Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in Admin / Business Development or relationship building experience. Extremely proficient in use of Ms - excel and internet also PowerPoint skills also desirable. Must possess excellent telephone and communication skills. Ability to stay organized & SmartWorker. Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and SEO highly desired but NOT required. Compensation: Comfortable fixed salary performance base cash bonus. ,
