Additionally, you ll help maintain the high availability and performance of our BT Services to scale with the company s fast growth. The BT Site Reliability Associate Engineer is one who has a strong technical knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure and deep experience leading internal rapid response to complex incidents.The role is part of our 24/7 global operations team, and you will be part of a shift rotation with other engineers in the region. The position is a day shift only, and weekend coverage might be required. The BT Site Reliability team is split across three global locations to provide follow-the-sun coverage and to minimize the requirement for engineers to work outside of business hours.Responsibilities:
