Works with parents/students on the front end of the admission process to ensure an efficient admission process. Principal Accountabilities: Duties and responsibilities in each area include: Public relations: 1. To build relationships. Externally, this could be with students/schools/parents. 2. To identify advertising opportunities. 3. To build and maintain good rapport with the media. 4. To manage the production of marketing material, including leaflets, posters and flyers. (This can involve writing and proofreading copy, and liaising with designers and printers.) 5. To arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials. 6. To organize and attend events and exhibitions for admissions. Marketing: 1. Contribute to the strategic planning of a long term marketing plan to meet yearly enrolment targets. 2. Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness. 3. Monitor competitor activity and be proactive in identifying opportunities and threats. 4. Provide charts, graphs and data on marketing analysis and census development to the HoA as needed. Admissions: 1. Act as liaison between the Academy and parents during the pre-admission and admission process. Upon admissions, refer parents to appropriate Department Head depending on specific need. 2. Handle admissions-related inquiries as and when required. 3. Provide any other services or duties as required by the Admissions Department,
