Job Description

Marketing Mall ManagerProperty and Asset ManagementWhat this job involves This leading premium shopping mall business has a strong presence in Telangana. They are famous of the high-quality projects in Hyderabad and rest of India.Leading Mall Team for events, campaigns, and promotions specialists to drive the brand to another level.Key Responsibilities

  • To lead and manage the overall Marketing functions of Multiple mall business
  • Manage the team to plan events, campaigns & promotions
  • Work closely with shop tenants and leasing team on joint promotions activities
  • Budget planning, P&L responsibility on the departmental expenses
  • Communicate with internal departments and external parties, ensure smooth execution and high level of quality on all marketing activities
  • Implementing the relevant marketing strategies and conducting customer segmentation through understanding the market trends and customers needs
  • To enhance corporate image by organizing diverse marketing & promotion programs on site and online
  • Maintaining excellent relationship with both local and international media and communities to develop marketing and advertising plans
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
  • Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
  • Expand and develop marketing platforms including social media
  • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
  • Determine and manage the marketing budget
  • Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
  • Report on return on investment and key performance metrics
  • Develop pricing strategy
  • Create marketing presentations
  • Coordination with media and advertising agency
  • Collaborate with the sales function
  • Monitor and implement industry s best practices
Reporting:You would be accountable to the Mall Head.Sound like you Here is what we re looking for: MBA Degree in Marketing with at least 5-7 years of related work experience in a retail mall / mixed development with retail component. You are well verse in related local ordinances, writing skill, Possess superior communication and interpersonal skillsOther Personal Characteristics:
