Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Generating business leads and and sending out information
    • Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
    • Working on weekly and monthly sales targets.
    • Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations.
    • Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
    • He will be totally responsible for the deal until the payment is complete.
    • Handing over the customer portfolio to the back office and ensuring satisfactory service to the customer.
    • Meeting customer requirements and demands.
    • Customer feedback from time to time.
    Tending to customer complaints and coordinating with the plant to resolve the issues at the earliest.Requisite Skills:
    • Must have a bike
    • He will have to visit clients in the city he has been employed as well as nearby regions.
    Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales.Desired Skills:
    • Decent communication skills ( Verbal and written)
    • Prior experience in direct sales/cold calling/ field job would be preferred.
    Basic computer knowledge of MS Office ( Word/Excel/Outlook)Education:Minimum Qualification B.com/similar degreeRelevant Experience:
    • Should be familiar with UPVC Industry, or any other construction/building materials related products.
    Candidates having exposure in the Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
