As a Manager for Trust And Safety Shopping, youll lead a global team that promotes trust in Google and ensures user safety in Google Shopping. You are a leader who possesses the ability to work globally and cross-functionally with several internal stakeholders through relationship building, influence and communication. You will develop the strategy and vision for your team. You care deeply about both impact and people. Youll keep the team highly motivated and create impact by leveraging your analytical thinking and data-driven decisions. The role involves a decent amount of international travel and you should be willing to travel to meet your teams and your cross-functional partners.
