Key Roles Responsibilities:

Hands On Experience Expertise On ISO 9001, AS 9100, CMMi, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, TL 9000, ISO 17025, Six Sigma, ITIL, ISO 20000 And ISO 22301 Standards Ability To Define And Implement Business Management Processes And Procedures Adapted In Engineering Services, Software Development,SQA And SEPG Strategy, Implementation And Management Hands On In CMMI Level 5 Implementation And Appraisal Experience. Hand On In ISMS (ISO 27001), ITIL Implementation Team Management, Work Allocation And Monitoring Ready To Facilitate Six Sigma And Lean Implementation Projects Coordinating With Partners/ Certifying Body Excellence Communication Skills And Ready To Travel As Needed. Good In Process Definition, Process Facilitation Manage And Implement Audits And Assessments Both Internal And External (Third-Party And Customer) Analyze, Bridge, Formulate And Implement Processes In Line With CMMI Level 5 Requirements Provide Process Consultancy And Gap Analysis For Projects In Financial Services Domain. Member Of SEPG And Metrics Council To Provide Definitions, Training On Software Engineering Process Issues And Also Implementation Strategies. Metrics And Defect Analysis And Initiate Corrective And Preventive Actions For The Variances. TTIDG (Tools And Technology Process Group) And CPI (Continuous Process Improvement) Coordination; Participation In EPG (Engineering Process Group) , PMG (Process Metrics Group), IAG(Internal Audit Group) Activities. Implement Processes Of PCMM Level 3 Formulate And Implement Processes Of P-CMM Level 4 Requirements Quality Coordinator For IT Infrastructure, Application Dev AI ML Practices. Participate In All Project Meetings Like Initiation, Kick Off, End Phase, Close Out Etc Review And Approve Project Planning Documents, Estimation, And Process For Change Management And Request For Change For Projects. Involve In Defect Prevention Activities. Auditing (Work Product, Baseline, End Phase And Internal Quality Audits) Implement Internal Training Courses On SQA, CMMI, Metrics, CM, Reviews And Testing Provide Knowledge Of Execution And Quality Process To Project Teams. Assist Projects In Using ADS Especially Methods And Tools. Facilitate Configuration And Setup Help For Project Management Tools Such As GDD, ED And EBS Conduct Training Courses On Processes Related To Software Project Execution Review The Project Plan, Quality Plan, Configuration Management Plan, Security Plan And Changes Thereof. Consult Project Teams On Topics Related To Estimation Models, Peer Design Or Code Reviews, Project Management, Configuration Management, Quality Assurance And Defect Prevention. Conduct Monthly Reviews Of Projects To Understand Process Related Issues / Risks, Share Best Practices And Create Work Plan For Improvements Including Effort And Defect Analysis At Least Once In A Month As Part Of SQA Review. Certify The Work Products Before Release By Conducting Final Inspection Of The Work Product To Ensure That Verification Validation Activities For All The Software Work Products Of The Project Are Carried Out As Per The Quality Plan. Facilitate Tailoring Of Processes, As Required. Provide Process Improvement Inputs To The SEPG And The PCR Board Through SQA Reviews. Conduct QPI Reviews Monthly And Report To The QPI Team.
