Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Analyze the business requirements and create technical design in accordance with organisations architecture standards
  • Manage full software development lifecycle like requirements gathering, analysis, designing, software development, coding, testing and implementation
  • Resolves critical issues and contributes to the business unit/area development.
  • Technical Mentoring and coaching of the development team
  • Provide technical support to peers & juniors
  • Recommend changes to improve established development processes
  • Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications
  • Ensure high quality of products being delivered
  • Participate in cross functional projects & initiatives
  • Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.
Experience5 - 8 yearsIndustry PreferredOEMQualificationsGraduation in Computer Science / Information Technology Engineering or a related subjectGeneral Requirements
  • 5-8 years of hands on IT experience
  • Proven hands-on Software Development experience
  • Proven working experience in Java 2 & 3 (Core and EE) development
  • Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Collection framework, Memory Management, Transaction management, Multi-Threading etc.)
  • Working knowledge on design patterns
  • Hands on experience in using RESTFUL web services using Microservices / Spring Boot
  • Hands on experience on using application server (like Apache Tomcat, WebLogic etc.)
  • Experience in the Spring Framework and ORM like HIBERNATE
  • Hands on experience in development IDE (for exp: Eclipse / IntelliJ IDEA etc.)
  • Experience exhibiting architecture knowledge with experience in providing technical solutions for projects
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and innovate solutions
  • Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design.
  • Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
