Job Description

candidates should have experience with team handling and from end to end recruitment till exit formalities, Payroll and should have good knowledge in Excel & presentation.

  • Work closely with t Managers in deployment of manpower as per the manpower budget and hiring TAT,
  • Identify and Recruit Manpower for all Roles as per planned manpower requirement across the functions / verticals with 100% SLA compliance,
  • Handle entire recruitment life cycle for all the approved New positions / Replacements,
  • Using different recruitment sources like Head Hunting, campus recruitment,
  • Cold calling , Social Media Recruitment, Job Portals etc. Manage vendor/consultancy at optimised outcome,
  • Closing the manpower within deadline for all positions across vertical,
  • Directly responsible for Headhunting Key talents from other NBFC/ Banks for critical roles,
  • Maintaining and updating the pool of potential candidates / competitor mapping etc,
  • Ensuring BVC closure in Green colour code within timeframe,
  • Ensure Temp staffing within TAT ,
  • Ensure completion of assessment as per process and guidelines
