Job Description

Act as an extension of our client service model ensuring seamless service delivery across Business Operations for our clientsEngage business leads and peers, interfaces with senior leaders across the organization. Builds strong internal and external relationships and ensures service quality and customer satisfactionData Management Understand data management concepts including metadata management, business semantics, business process management, and process flow analysisRisk Management/Risk Excellence Ensure business architecture and strategy addresses operations, risk and compliance requirements in region; works with global teams to define and drive global standards while satisfying regional requirementsCreate and drives adoption of Risk and Regulatory system and reporting standards, through standardizing calculation methods, data inputs and outputs, distribution, and information sourcingEnsures redundancies in business solutions and risk data processes are reduced across all cross divisional regulatory initiativesProgram/Project Management: Support new business onboarding, change management and strategic business initiatives utilizing sound program and project management skills.Resources & Reporting

  • Design, Develop, Implement and Train on new processes, standards and templates
  • Conduct QC Audit on quarterly basis, prepare and publish QC Audit reports
  • Collate data for LCS Monthly reporting from project leads and publish LCS report
  • Maintain/Enhance resource allocation tracker and ensure allocation accuracy
  • Coordinate with project managers on resource project allocation
  • Reconcile Resource tracker against allocation tracker
  • Generate allocation metrics and work with project managers on discrepancies
  • Prepare Allocation Report for management
  • Maintain deal model repository and move finalized deals to the repository
  • Add new deals to the NBI SP site and notify CAOs
  • Coordinate with CAOs on NBI HC submissions in NBI SP site and extract HC reports for CAOs and management
  • Prepare NBI HC Analytics on demand and monthly basis
  • Submit HC requests in NBI SP site for NBI CCS team
  • Drive Resource Skill Matrix processes, collate & review resource skill details with project leads and submit report to the management
  • Design PowerPoint presentations for executive reporting
Finance
  • Review and Reconcile Vendor Invoices to internal data for payment approval on a monthly basis
  • Prepare and maintain Budget Forecasts and Runrates.
  • Hold monthly calls with senior management to review Vendor Runrates
  • Hold monthly calls with Finance and Accounting Teams to review contractor expenses, P&L impact and deferred budget
  • Hold monthly calls with Vendors to review invoices, forecasted budget, any outstanding issues
  • Maintain SOWs and underlying contractors data in Beeline (SOW creation and amendments, Project amendments, contractor extensions and terminations, timesheet approvals)
  • Collaborate with CLASS team on any issues with Beeline
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Triage Teams on Intake Form submissions for additional budget
  • Process Year-End contractor extensions and new SOW creation and submissions
  • Track attendance in access for all contractors and run ad-hoc reports when necessary to reconcile attendance to Vendor invoices
  • Reconcile Atrack report on a monthly basis and prepare deferred budget calculations using Atrack data
Experience, Qualifications, Skills and Abilities Essential Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or Information System Management10 years of experience in Financial Services IndustryFinancial Services background and solid understanding of InvestmentCreative thinker with the ability to think out-of-the-box while defining complex yet practical data solutionsVery strong relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to work across business linesMust display an ability to drive tasks through to completionStrong time management and organizational skills; Ability to multi task in a fast paced environmentDemonstrated record of leading others to achieve goalsStrong written and oral communication skillsDemonstrated ability to interact and influence peers, managers and senior leaders, including the ability to influence C-level executivesExcellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, presentation and negotiation skillsExemplifies customer focused, team driven mentality; serves as role model for colleagues.Desirable Academic and market experience is expecting to be in line with regional operational roles in the market.,
