Support CSP Strategy Director in driving strategy development and deployment for future CSP activities, NGSC deliverables and resource requirements. Be responsible for ensuring deployment of PLS/CSP frameworks/tools for successful high quality service delivery and ensure audit readiness of PLS CSP Operations. Provide support in specific projects as defined by CSP Strategy Director in line with CSP strategy deployment framework Support key CSP governance touchpoints and meetings such as CSP LT and Review preparation, Town Halls, Best Practice sharing and Innovation core team meetingsMinimum requirements Work in close collaboration with CSP LT members in driving strategic initiatives as defined by CSP Strategy Director Facilitate and drive strategic initiatives along with CSP LT members and teams that may involve but not limited to - Support buildup of NGSCs including timely inputs to capability development programs - Support innovation initiatives and be an active member of the Innovation Core team - Driving change management initiatives and special projects - Support customer boards and ensure follow up actions are implemented - Support in key leadership visits to NGSCs and driving follow-on actions - Support in driving culture building initiatives across NGSCs Support CSP Operations in preparing for key governance meetings, consolidation of CSP wide data and information for reporting needs, and provide any ad-hoc support Accuracy, quality and creativity of presentations 100% reliable and trust worthiness Value add to business through strategic thinking and approach750 million.
