Hiring | Manager- Costing & Pricing | Top FMCG Client of Arjava (Hyderabad)------------------The current role will be responsible to undertake and support Costing of all the Products & SKUs and Pricing control for the same. The incumbent must demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail, as well as strong Cost accounting & business oriented acumen, including knowledge of financial accounting aspect.Gather and analyse financial dataDetermine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costsWorking along with Plant, R&D and marketing team on the product cost analysis Prepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hocHelp management make important decisions based on costs and benefits (e.g. change in input cost, pricing changes, Promo Cost etc.)Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costsEstimate product costs & margin for existing and new products.Ability to handle Costing and pricing of the product in ERP and have exposure to develop Costing and pricing in ERP.Forecast and analyse costs of processes, labour and inventoryMaintaining the Pricing of the products at SKU level in ERPSuggest cost-reduction or profitable solutionsResponsible for margin protection by generating analytics on proactive basis.Analyse RM/PM/ and other supplies cost and create cost-benefit analysis for change of recipes and vendorsPlay the role of Cost efficiency driver for the business.Professional Experience--------------------------Strong financial aptitude with Min 5 years of work experience in Costing and Margin management in FMCG industry Proven experience as a cost analyst, cost specialist or similar role Experience in data, operational and financial analysis Knowledge of accounting processes and software Strong analytical skillsStrong working experience in Tally and have handled/worked for ERP implementationStrong proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) A strong business acumen Great attention to detail Good communication aptitudePossesses strong analytical skills to analyze and interpret budget variances.
