Provide analytics solutions delivery and reporting support to Novartis internal customers, drive continuous improvements and elevate client experience.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to Work along with the Insights Lead in establishing and scaling the POD model. Collaborate with POD Core team, business partners, delivery team Supporting teams like IT to drive Analytics Governance, Process Optimization to strengthen Analytics portfolio Play the role of a translator to successfully convert business opportunities/challenges to Analytical use cases and Liaison with various business partners to understand their current BI reporting landscape Identify and communicate Reporting Consolidation opportunities. Gather new Analytics & Insights opportunities Identify continuous improvement projects for process simplification and improved efficiency Support in handling Analytics Governance Dashboard. Provide inputs in creating Optimization Framework and Support in building Insights roadmap Participate in the cadence meetings with the Solution Delivery Team to discuss reporting consolidation and new opportunitiesEEO Statement Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Minimum requirements What you ll bring to the role Important metric Translation of Business opportunities/challenges into Analytical Use cases, Effective collaboration with various partner teams, Standardization of processes Participate in the cadence meetings with the Innovation Team to share / brainstorm Innovative and Next Gen use cases and Drive business process or domain discussion Closely work with the POD team to drive the POD goals and various POCs and Lead and implement agile scrum principles Take ownership of improving client experience by regular customer connect, collecting feedbacks and managing expectations Develop standardized processes by creating process documents, work instructions and frameworks and comply to them Develop systems / processes for seamless knowledge transfer, knowledge retention and retrieval Participate in the cadence meetings with the Data Science team to discuss Advanced Analytics ideas / use cases Lead/support in conducting and hosting of Self-Inspection as per the approved Self-inspection plan for NTO GOC/QSC and NBS (as required for ICM)Desirable requirements Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Lifesciences, Pharmaceuticals or equivalent from reputed institute Min of 8+ years of hands on experience into Business Processes (Supply Chain, Mfg, Quality) Min of 6+ Experience in Data Analytics and knowledge of Analytical tools and technologies applied and experience in managing large scale projects and programs,
