Job Description

    Job descriptionWe are looking for a purchase executive to oversee purchasing activities of our Factory materials and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality. The procurement officer will procure material which are required as infrastructure to run the factory.     1. Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions
    2. Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements
    3. Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns
    4. Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings
    5. Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
    6. Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
    7. Following and enforcing the companys procurement policies and procedures.
    8. Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
    9. Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
    10. Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

    1. A bachelors degree in supply chain management or a similar field preferred
    2. Proven work experience as a purchase executive.
    3. Good working knowledge of direct market purchasing strategies.
    4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
    5. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
    6. Good knowledge about local market.
    7. Positive attitude to learn and take up new challenges
    8. Experience in sourcing vendors.
    9. Daily market visit is highly required.
    10. Detail-oriented and highly organized
