1. Achieve targeted sales revenues for Fiber to home business at Jiocenter (JC)2. Achieve fixed line EBIDTA as planned3. Maintain customer satisfaction index above benchmark in the JC4. Adhere to service delivery and assurance KPIs for all FTTH in the JC5. Ensure zero complaints from customers on behavioral conduct andworkman ship6.
