1. Achieve targeted sales revenues for Fiber to home business at Jiocenter (JC)2. Achieve fixed line EBIDTA as planned3. Maintain customer satisfaction index above benchmark in the JC4. Adhere to service delivery and assurance KPIs for all FTTH in the JC5. Ensure zero complaints from customers on behavioral conduct andworkman ship6. Conduct periodic audits/ reviews by visiting customer premises7. Maintain relationship with local authorities8. Handle any unforeseen situations and escalations and provideresolutions9. Ensure material availability, issuance and safekeeping10. Promote the JIO Fiber brand through local marketing and promotionsas per guidelines11. Ensure surveys are done as per plan to achieve flawless networkdesign12. Follow up regularly with design team and facilitate RoW permissions13. Submit business dashboards to concerned stake holders14. Forecast and ensure availability of talent in line with businessrequirement., 1. Familiarity with the territory2.
