*Minimum 8 years of working experience in production support. 3-4 years of working experience, preferably in Banking or Anti money laundering. Should be open to learn and adapt to new technologies. Good knowledge in Linux/Unix shell scripting. At least 2-3 year of hands on experience on trouble shooting the applications run on full stack. Should be able to automate the support activities. Should have strong hold on at least one structured query language (MS-SQL, Oracle, Maria database) and able to write/debug the SQL programs. Should have basic knowledge on the tools like Atlassian JIRA, Atlassian Confluence, Jenkins, GIT Bitbucket. Hands on experience on monitoring tools like Grafana, ELK has added advantage Knowledge on the Actimize modules has added advantage.,
