Job Description

Location - HyderabadTPM CBP Specialist will be part of the PGT Solution Design Team being set up under D&D function in Tech Hub at Hyderabad. This role supports the implementation and deployment of the Trade and Promotion Management (TPM). The objective of this role is to ensure that the Global Template solution supports the SAP Trade and Promotion Management process

  • Work with TPM Solution Lead in Hub to partner with Global Process Lead Leads in various TPM sub-processes like Customer Business Planning, Pricing & Rebates and Trade Optimization to review and validate the proposed solution Accountable
  • Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors Consult / Execute
  • Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global S/4 solution leveraging agile methodology Consult / Execute
  • Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies
  • Bachelors degree in engineering required
  • 5-8 years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on Funds, Promotion Planning, Claims and Optimization solutions.
  • Knowledge of integration points to functional areas like finance, order to cash and data and analytics and related business processes.
  • EDI /ALE Interface design experience is a must.
  • Proven capabilities in integrating SAP with peripheral supply chain systems such as planning & procurement, demand management, production planning, transportation and warehouse management systems.
  • Onsite SAP implementation experience is a must.
  • Knowledge of debugging, batch job monitoring and Idoc processing
  • Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP Solman 7+, MS VSTS, Quality Center and MS Project
  • Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within team
