Job Description

    • Candidate should have minimum 7 months of experience in International inbound voice experience ( Customer Support) with relevant documents.
    • Candidate should be excellent in communication ( English).
    • Should be ready to work in Night shifts / Graveyard Shifts.
    • Should be aware of KPIs /Metrix e.g.: AHT , Call Quality , C- Sat & D-Sat etc.
    • Should be good in Customer handling Skills ( aware of call etiquettes).
    • Should be able to speak on free speech for 2-3 minutes.
    Minimum Qualification - Intermediate5 Days Working ( 2 Rotational Week- Off)Both way Cab FacilitySalary :7 - 17 Months experienced - 3.8 LPA18 to 23 Months Experienced - 4.1 LPA24 and above experienced - 4.6 LPAInterview Rounds:1. Operations2.
