Portfolio Performance: 60% branches in the A category & 40% branches in the B category or (Average Audit Rating >92%)3. Customer outreach through Virtual Audit (Tele Calling/ Document verification/others) (Average 20 Customers per Day/30 documents per day)4. Special Assignments, Training and Punararambh etc., like5. Process improvements & risk mitigation in assigned tasks6. Provide refresher training to field staff,7. Fraud and Legal Cases Follow-Up. 8. Self-Learning as per KPIsSkills Required:1.
