• Lead the compliance and improvement projects/programs.
• As a project manager the overall responsibility and accountability for project result. Takes the decisions within the project together with his/her team. He/she know which decisions are overarching and must be taken by category or business management.
• Makes clear proposals and manages the decision process.
• The project leadership comprises all I2M functions (product marketing, design, R&D, Q&R, Procurement, OPS, BMC marketing, etc) that are involved in product development and maintenance.
• Responsible for the on-time, on-budget, on-quality delivery of the projects. In order to achieve that he creates the smartest lean overall project plans, with clear development logic, and effective Daily Management and 3C escalation system.
• Expert in the QMS. Should understands the intent of the procedures such that he can tailor his project deliverables (for project efficiency and effectiveness) without compromising compliance or quality. He/her bases his/her plan on the required decisions and not just on deliverables.
• Should have a strong innovation background such that he can help his team in identifying and solving risks and issues
• Responsible for creating strong teams that take full project ownership. He is not just coordinating X-functional team meetings; yet he ensures via team building and Daily Management that all members see the team and excellent project delivery as their main priority.
• Implements resource and cost planning and tracking using Clarity for his project(s). He ensures monthly resource handshakes with all resource managers. He makes monthly financial forecasts together with the F&A leader. He manages all project KPIs, like the Delivery, Financial and Quality-Norm KPI s.
• Leads all project reviews. He schedules these proactively with all stakeholders, including category, business and cluster leadership. He leverages these reviews also for escalation and decision-making. He always ensures clear data, and always provides options to solve the project issues.
• The main program that this person will lead the Legal Merge and New Labeling Implementation project . In this program the labels and DHF s of all products for all countries are updated. The team consist of all functions that are needed in the Innovation to Market area.
• Needs to have a bachelor or masters in a technical study (electronical, mechanical, software, biomedical engineering or equivalent).
• Previous experience in highly regulated areas is desirable.
• Needs to have at least 5 years experience in hands-on product development and/or product marketing on career level.
• Experience with planning, implementing tools and processes and improving processes.
• Must have strong team leadership skills and experience. Manages team dynamics. Is inspiring and able to drive the teams to high performance. Is good in change management.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Good communicator, both verbally and written.
• High drive, positive attitude and resilience to overcome people, organizational, process and technical issues.
