Determine requirements for designs and create physical prototypes of their designs 2. Research the various ways a particular product might be used, and who will use it 3. Examine materials and manufacturing process requirements for product fabrication 4. Work with other specialists, such as mechanical engineers and manufacturers, to evaluate whether their design concepts will fill needs at a reasonable cost 5. Evaluate product safety, appearance, and function to determine if a design is practical 6. Present designs and demonstrate prototypes to clients for approvalRequired:1. Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on 3D modeling and product visualization 2. Strong knowledge of kinematics and motion analysis and integration of electromechanical systems 3. Solid in-depth knowledge of materials science, manufacturing technologies, and GD&T 4. Familiarity with static and dynamic analysis is a must 5. Good clarity on testing product designs using models, prototypes, specialist computer software, and computer-aided design (CAD) technology 6. Good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills 7.
