Job Description

E2E process consultant/Onboarding support for monitoring Supports in tech-level questions on onboarding/framework integration as well as specific operational questions having an full e2e view on the business process. Helps to align local AHS requirements with global standard tooling, providing solution expertise to best fulfill business process needs.Skills & Methods:

  • response to customer requests for onboarding patch solutions in coordination with the AHS (customer)
  • performing assigned tasks in order to rollout ATF monitoring solution for customers
  • support in solving problems that arise for ATF monitoring
  • Support in the documentation of ATF monitoring, creating and maintaining documents for customer onboardings
  • Support in creating reports for management and statistics on progress for internal and external partners
  • Answering requests and supporting in resolving issues during rollout projects
  • Support in creating technical reports on aspects of Systemstatus for users and managers
  • Support in detection of accumulating incidents on the same issue and resolving these
  • Support the development of workarounds for ATF monitoring and the verification of existing ones
  • Documentation of known errors, standard solutions and workarounds in a knowledge database
  • Support in investigating and solving problems with the available diagnostic data
  • Support in investigating the cause of problems and related documentation
  • Support in creating trend reports of potential problem areas
  • Responsibility for solving problems for ATF monitoring
Education / Experience / Other:
  • Several years of experience in systemmanagement tools
  • Independent (partial) project management
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge about ATF (esp. CMDBs (Atrium, SN), UMF/CMF, SCOM)
