Job Description

    *Senior Associate, Java FullStack Developer, Consumer Banking & Core Engine Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Banks operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Roles & Responsibilities
    • Proven ability to work well in a challenging environment with multiple job streams and with the ability to prioritize and multitask whilst delivering high quality solutions.
    • Effective end to end execution of development & release phases.
    • Provides expertise to identify and translate system requirements into software design artefacts.Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external technical resources.
    • Self-starter who can drive and facilitate requirements and development effort.
    • Review design of existing applications and provide recommendations to increase system s robustness/scalability/performance/maintainability.
    • Participate in code review activities and ensure quality standards are met.
    Requirement
    • Developer experience varies from 6-9 years of IT experience
    • Proven working experience in Java development.
    • Good knowledge on Data Structures and Algorithms.
    • Good Working Knowledge of Java Concurrency libraries, collections and Java 8.
    • Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java/Spring Framework.
    • Experience in multi-tiered and distributed applications and service architectures.
    • Working experiences in CI/CD
    • 1. Build tools Gradle/Maven
    • 2. Continuous Integration tools Jenkins
    • 3. Source Control Bit Bucket /GitHub
    • Good experience building RESTFUL web services and understanding of the REST architecture constraints.
    • Experience in building single page applications with UI frameworks like React Js and ReduxGo getter attitude, self-driven, self-motivated and passionate about building and writing good clean codes.
    • Good communications skills, with crisp and concise communication and the ability to articulate on technical topics with ease.
