Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:Assist in developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
    • Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring workplace harmony, and resolving disputes in a timely manner.
    • Performance Management:Support managers in performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.
    • HR Policy & Compliance:Assist in updating and implementing company HR policies in line with labor laws and organizational goals.
    • Training & Development:Organize and facilitate employee training programs to improve staff skills and morale.
    • HR Metrics & Reporting:Monitor HR metrics such as employee turnover and retention rates, and provide reports to senior management.
    • Payroll & Benefits Administration:Coordinate with finance to ensure timely payroll processing, and manage employee benefits programs.
