Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities :
    • Screening the candidates resumes from Job Portals and contacting relevant candidate
    • Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company
    • Interact with applicants & respond to initial inquiries
    • Following up on the interview process status
    • Recommend ways of improving recruiting process
    • Handling mass/ bulk recruitment through advertisements, networking, database building and web sources.
    Requirements :
    • Candidates who would like to build a career in HR
    • Freshers / Candidates with any experience with Good communication
    • Ability to handle a high volume of work
    • Effective Communication skills
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Good decision-making skills
