Job Description

  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Responsible in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Responsible for implementation of performance management.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

  • Generate Monthly Challans like ESI,& PF, and other statutory etc
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and HR policies
  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
  • Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
  • Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, and administering disciplinary procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution while being cost-sensitive. Commitment to continuous learning.

Requisite Skills:Broad knowledge and experience in Human Resource compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development.
  • Above average oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop Human Resources staff members.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant on the executive management team thatprovidescompany leadership and direction.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with the company Board of Directors.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and skills in database management and record keeping.
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
  • Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
