You will lead the planning, budgeting, and forecasting of demand including prioritization of services and coordination with an internal service development team. You will establish and maintain scalable services, which provide value to customers and Novartis. This role will create standard methodology in executing digital marketing and the individual be a leader with vision in Novartis. Head of Marketing Operations, will lead a team of specialists who will define, develop and create new services and products for internal colleagues e.g web, marketing automation and media including dynamic creative optimization and programmatic. These services will be defined with the business and you will translate business needs into scalable and orchestrated services. Once set up and created, you will manage the delivery of these services. Responsible to lead the marketing operations department in driving strong marketing strategies, across key channels such as web, marketing automation, media etc. The broad strategies will be created by an internal strategy team and this team will provide deep channel expertise to feed into digital plans and deliver on strategies. The team will implement strategies through a mar-tech stack, requiring close collaboration with strategy, account teams and IT colleagues. You will work with your team to optimize brand performance and give the business a driven edge through deep customer understanding. Develop and implement a framework to integrate with evolving Novartis Martech stack (e.g Sales-Force, Web CMS, Consent and preference management etc.) Understand global to local process for international marketing, what can be standardized and how to deploy at scale. Data driven approach and coordination with insights and analytics team. Collaborate with key stakeholders in strategy, data and TT, across multiple geographies, with a focus on US. Manage a team to proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing. Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization. The Head of Marketing Operations will define key marketing metrics and manages the process of packaging these measurements into reports and dashboards in order to determine overall performance of the marketing team and marketing programs. Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations Digital/technology focused projects or driving key initiatives within the digital marketing ecosystem. Working understanding of agile methodologies and strong on process. A strong Technical background. Good experience in managing delivery of service across complex matrix & global environments working across Understanding of regulatory frameworks in pharma when it comes to data is of benefit but not essential. Superb knowledge of the digital marketing landscape.,
