Job Description

Job Posting SummaryThe Manager GHR Admin Global Time & Attendance will be part of the Global HR Service Delivery team and will contribute to both the strategic and tactical direction of GHR SD Capability as a whole. The role will be required to own and drive Global Time & Attendance service delivery.As Manager GHR Admin Global Time & Attendance would be responsible managing the time & attendance compliance reporting , Ensure accurate and timely payment of various allowance for the various countries . Monitor and maintain the governance process across all regions . Manage and oversee time & attendance Operations spanning from transition , functional understanding of the various countries requriements and configuraton. Upkeep of process documentation and knowledge dissmenation. Capture issue and coach team members . Drive SLA & Service review with various stakeholders within the geographies. Ideate and bring innovation drive within teams and simplify the processes.Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation & operations for time & attendance in collaboration with HRIS, Payroll and other stakeholders as required.
  • Build and maintain a strong functional team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building and succession planning. Prepare and participate in the staff development plans for each functional associate who is a member of the team. Assess the skills and levels necessary to achieve Global & Time Attendance work objectives.
  • Promote proactive approaches to solve business needs/problems while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the capabilities. Based on business need, negotiate priorities and support requirements with various cross functional teams.
  • Ensure global & time attendance are administered in compliance with various regulations and audits are performed to maintain plan qualification and compliance. Oversee the audit process and work closely with Legal, Finance , HR to develop plan amendments, eligibility and other required documentation.
  • Evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Document and maintain administrative procedures for Time & Attendance processes.
  • Oversee risk management, governance and compliance for all countries including statutory requirements ,government filings and communications. Ensure compliance requirements are completed on time and accurately and SLA s met .
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to assign, manage and review individual work.Host team meetings to communicate critical departmental and organizational information. Ensure compliance with all enterprise policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain knowledge of cutting-edge best practices in all aspects of global time & attendance systems, practices. Stay alert and ahead of emerging government and regulations, practices, and policies, and evaluate appropriate changes to policies and programs.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree with 10 12 years of related and relevant experience in HR Service Delivery or related field preferred
  • Functional experience strongly preferred with Time & Attendance Administration for APAC , EMEA & NA countries & HR service delivery
  • Must be detail oriented and timeline driven ability to work in a fast-paced, structured and team-based environment, as well as work independently
  • Carry out core and complex processing activities in accordance with established procedures
  • Accountable for quality, accuracy and timeliness of results
  • Ability to multitask, ensure accuracy and execute against pre-determined timelines
  • Share responsibility with lead and staff for resolving any issues related to processing activities and for accurate and timely processing and delivery
  • Proficient in MS Office and capacity to learn new technology/systems
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills (ability to prioritize)
  • Team oriented with strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Professionalism, dependability, and trustworthiness
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with Internal teams
  • Responsible to ensure State Street Corporation s internal control environment is operating effectively within the GHRSS function
