He /She will be responsible to lead the specification activities in the defined region for the projects. 2. He/ she will be working closely with the project sales team in order to understand and finalize the client requirement. 3. To write down specifications incorporating company products and get it specified in projects at design and implementation stage. 4. Meeting architect ,PMC ,Consultant ,Interior designer for Specifying our brand. 5. Develop & Maintain CRM with the Specifiers/ new consultants, Architects. 6. Supporting the project team for technical discussions and conducting Architects and Engineers meet presentations. 7. Assesses market competition by comparing the companys product to competitors products. 8. To meet and generate demand of the products through Architects, Technical consultant, others in value chain of business. 9. Seek and use sound knowledge of Company product portfolio and recommend new developments as demanded by the market 10.Strive to build superior confidence on the brand with government agencies, green councils other certification bodies and architectures engaged in promoting related products. 11.Implement technical sales, solution selling and will be accountable for executing the plan and exceeding specification targets of related products. 12.
