To get the best candidate experience, please consider applying for a maximum of 3 roles within 12 months to ensure you are not duplicating efforts.Job CategoryFinance and Operations Job DetailsThe Sr Finance Analyst supports the Manager in Elev8 team based in San Francisco and SwitzerlandThis Manager will be working on project initiatives that may require a global view and a clear understanding of how to best collaborate with our Accounting counterparts to lead to optimal solutions. This role will also help the team with the Controller s project portfolio management, prioritization and understanding project dependencies. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing Project Portfolio and Resource Management
  • Contribute to short, medium and long-term strategic initiatives simultaneously that drive transformation within Corporate Accounting
  • Assisting as liaison between many finance business partners to communicate business requirements working closely with the project team
  • Help coordinate testing and Quality Assurance processes
  • Help build and manage project status and prioritization dashboards
  • Interpret data, analyze results leveraging enterprise data hub and build content on Tableau server
  • Support data engineer in analysis data flow and in setting up structured data
  • Support data governance team in managing policies and processes to support our business glossary and data dictionary in Alation
Required skills/experience
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to understand End to End process and highlight gaps
  • Familiar with SOX compliance and other country equivalents
  • ERP experience and accounting background recommended
  • Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages and databases like Snowflake
  • Knowledge of and experience with visualization tools like Tableau
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance
